Obituary
Richard Fred Price, 61, of Ringgold, GA, passed away Monday, September 21, 2015. He graduated from East Ridge High School.
He was predeceased by his parents, Betty Jean Price & Frank E. Price.
He was a veteran of the Marine Corp. He is survived by his sister, Wanda J. Price & his nephew, Justin White.
A memorial service will be held at Chattanooga National Cemetery on Monday, September 28 at 2:30 p.m.
