Obituary

Ricky Hale, a devoted servant of God, a proud veteran, and a beloved family patriarch, passed away on February 7, 2026, at 10:41 AM. He was 73 years old.

Born on November 27, 1952, Ricky's life was defined by a steadfast commitment to the things he held dear: his country, his church, and his family. He proudly served in the United States Navy, embodying the values of honor and sacrifice that remained with him throughout his life.

On February 4, 1980, Ricky was saved by the grace of God. This life-altering moment began a journey of unwavering service to the Lord that lasted 46 years to the day. For nearly five decades, his greatest earthly devotion was to his wife, Deborah Ann Hale. Together, they built a life of love and ministry, celebrating 45 years of marriage.

A pillar of faith, Ricky served for many years as the Pastor of Living Waters Church of God. He led his community with a shepherd's heart and a dedication to the Gospel that lasted until the day he was called home.

> "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not only to me, but unto all them also that love his appearing." - 2 Timothy 4:7-8 (KJV)

He was a proud grandfather to Elijah Nathaniel Ford-Hale, Justin Michael Corns, Tyler Shane Corns, Jason Lee Hale, Joseph Edward Hale, Kyrstin Taylor Hale, Bynom Ezekiel Williams, Keyera Williams, and Keyana Brooks.

A man of God, a sailor, and a father, Ricky Hale's impact will be felt for generations. He has finally heard the words he lived for: "Well done, good and faithful servant."
