Reverend Robert Ronald Ragon, 80 of Flintstone, Georgia, went home to his Savior on the 10th of December 2019, Ronald was Pastor Emeritus of Brainerd Presbyterian Church and present pastor of Fairview Methodist Church. He was born to Robert "Jack" Ragon and Frances Stoner Ragon and is survived by his sister, Cynthia Ragon Roberson. He was active in Rossville Masonic Lodge and served as Grand Chaplain of the Grand Lodge of Georgia. A member of Lambda Chi fraternity, he attended the University of Chattanooga. He and his wife, Judy Ward Ragon raised two children, Ronald "Russ" Ragon (Margaret) and Regina Renee Varela (Gustavo). Ronald was father of three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

As a Gospel Minister, Rev. Ragon sought to draw people to worship. He served churches in North Georgia including Trion, Beersheba, Summerville, Bethel and Cloudland Presbyterian and in Chattanooga, Tennessee at Brainerd Presbyterian Church and Valley Brook Presbyterian Church. In addition to serving as Presbyterian minister over 55 years, he established the Christian Family House Church for those who wished to worship as the early Christians. For those wishing to be mutually strengthened through common beliefs, worship, work, fellowship, lifestyle and discipline, he founded the Order of Slaves of Christ.

Beginning at 12:30 to 2:00 on Sunday, December 15th, the family will receive friends at Brainerd Presbyterian Church. At 2:00PM, the Rev. Kirk Werner will lead a service celebrating Rev. Ragons life. A Masonic graveside service will follow at Forrest Hills Cemetery. Leaders of Brainerd Presbyterian and Fairview Methodist Churches will serve as pall bearers.
