Rodney Lee Cross, 53, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, October 24th, 2024. He loved hunting and fishing and was a drummer for several gospel groups, including Tennessee Harmony and Recognized.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Faye Cross; brother-in-law, Mark Neal; grandmothers, Tula Fain, and Edna Cross; grandfathers, Fred Cross, and Arlan Fain; uncles, Harlan and Dean Cross; father-in-law, Kenneth Woody.
Survivors include his wife, Angel Woody Cross; son, Logan Cross; father, Robert Cross; brother, Ricky (Lisa) Cross; sister, Sheila Neal (Terry) Bartlett; son, Josh McKenny; daughter, Jessica Cameron; mother-in-law, Joann Woody, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 1st, 2024 at Heritage Fellowship Church of God with Rev. Mitchell James officiating. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. and the celebration of life at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donate to SPCA or the family towards medical expenses.
