Sherry Diane Nichols, 77, of Ringgold, GA went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 6, 2026. She was a member of several North Georgia churches over the years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years Randall LeBron Nichols...the love of her life. Also preceded in death by her father William L. Brooks, who she adored; and her beloved grandmother Aileen Brooks.

She is survived by her son, William Michael Nichols; stepson, Randall Nichols, Jr. (Debbie). She is also survived by her mother, Selma Brooks; and 3 siblings, sisters Debra Reeves and Billie Jean Howell, and brother, Larry Brooks (Debbie): she is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Sherry graduated from Rossville High School in 1967, where she was an editor for the school newspaper.

Over the years she was employed by Parkridge Hospital, TVA, and Signal Centers.

Sherry had requested not to have a funeral service, but she would like family and friends to feel free to visit she and her husband's graveside at Memorial Catoosa Gardens.

Sherry was saved during Vacation Bible School at an early age. During that time, the Lord promised her a home in Heaven one day. By the time you read her obituary, Sherry will be living in that home promised to her by her Lord. She prayed that you all will join her in Heaven one day. May God bless you all.
