Stephen D. Spencer, 67, of Hixson, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2019 with his family by his side.

He was predeceased by his parents, Edward Harvey & Lois Vandergriff Lewis.

He is survived by his sons, Greg Spencer, Nick (Julie) Spencer; six grandchildren, Taylor Henley, Austin Gill, Baileigh Spencer, Nicholas Spencer, Tyler Filyaw & Blake Spencer; great-granddaughter, Adelynn Spencer; brothers, Edward Harvey, Dennis (Gingi) Harvey & step-mother, Billie Harvey.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church on Moses Road. The Reverend Curtis Henderson will conduct a celebration of life service in the church at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
