Sue Ellen Ayers, of Signal Mountain and wife of Jason D Ayers, passed away on Feb. 7, 2017.

Survived by her son, V Ownby; daughters, Caitanya Ownby & Elisha Core; seven grandchildren; brothers, Larry & Eddie Elliott with many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 11 at 2pm, 3828 Birmingham Dr. Chattanooga, TN 37415.

'SWEET SUE'

Sue Ellen Ayers 'Sweet Sue', beloved wife of Jason Dion Ayers of Signal Mountain, TN went to be with her Lord peacefully on Feb 7th 2017 at her residence.

Born July 31, 1949 in Boyle County, Danville Kentucky, she was the daughter of Sydney Clay Elliott and Virginia Frances Tate.

She was a very talented artist that had studied at Murray State University. She loved her children and grandchildren very deeply. Her essence radiated that love within as her light shone brightly for all to see.

She was survived by her son, Vyasa Ownby; two daughters, Caitanya Ownby & Elisha Core; seven grandchildren, Christian, Ezra, Trenity, Thomas, Zion, Emma, and Delilah.

She is also survived by her two brothers, Larry & Eddie Elliott, and by loving niece Jennifer and nephews Chris & Jonathan.
