It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Susan Joy Bozich, 78, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, left this world on May 21, 2025. Born on July 22, 1946, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Sue later moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee, where she became a beloved member of the community. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, whose love for her family and passion for life were evident to all who knew her. Survivors include her loving husband, Ralph Bozich; sons, David Bozich and Joseph Bozich; cherished grandchildren, Kelly Bozich and Matthew Bozich. Her family was her heart, and she thrived in bringing them joy. A true animal lover, Sue operated the first mobile pet grooming business in Chattanooga, allowing her to spend her days with furry friends. She was also a dedicated volunteer and a member of the Board of Directors at the Pet Placement Center, embodying her compassionate nature and deep love for animals. Sue had a passion for serving her community, introducing and leading a youth, foreign exchange program in Chattanooga, and volunteering at Home Place, providing support and care for individuals living with HIV. Her unwavering commitment to helping those in need was an inspiration to all who knew her. Traveling and reconnecting with old friends were some of her favorite pastimes. She relished every moment spent with loved ones. Sue was an active member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Soddy Daisy, TN, where she had a strong commitment to her faith and church. A Catholic Memorial Mass will be held, Saturday, June 14th at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pet Placement Center of Chattanooga in her honor. Sue's legacy of love and kindness will always be remembered, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
