Tammy Lynn Whitaker Blevins, 54, of Chattanooga went home to be with her Heavenly Father, Saturday, March 12, 2016.She was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church and a graduate of Central High School. She loved music, NASCAR, and the Vols. She loved animals and worked at the Amnicola Animal Hospital. She was predeceased by her mother, Delores Ford Whitaker and grandparents, Bill and Louise Whitaker and Dennis and Ruth Crowe.

Survivors include her son, Jason Blevins; father, William "Buddy" Whitaker; stepmom, Linda Whitaker; brother, Tim Whitaker and three nephews.

Visitation will be in Greenwood Baptist Church, Tuesday from 4 to 8 and Wednesday from 11 to 1. The Rev. Ricky Vaughn will conduct the service Wednesday at 1 in the church.

Interment will be in McDonald East View Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to an account for funeral expenses.
