Thomas Sean ("TC", "Hunter") Concannon, 61, of Chattanooga, passed away on June 26, 2017 at his home after a lengthy battle with Huntington's Disease. Tom was born August 27, 1955 in Torrington, Connecticut to the late Miles Jr and Elizabeth Concannon. He served in the United States Marine Corps, spending time in San Diego and Philadelphia before discovering a love for the South while stationed in Albany, GA in the 70's. Story has it he hooked up with the Chattanoogans who were visiting the base and decided to make this his home. Tom was employed as a Systems Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield until his diagnosis.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Concannon. He is survived by his wife, Mary Concannon, children Erin (Brandon) Bolinger and Dustin Concannon, stepchildren Matthew Baubach and Megan Penn, grandchildren Lennon, Khalil and Miya, of Chattanooga, brothers George, Miles III and Richard Concannon of Torrington, CT, along with many other beloved family members and friends.

Tom brought a good time with him everywhere he went. He loved music, sports and spending time sharing these with his long-time friends, Jim Heuring, Ted Boerger, Dan Peterson and Gary Fassino. He will be remembered for his love of good music and his ability to recall the lyrics to every song, his humor, his love of cooking, and his selfless generosity. Treating it as another karaoke opportunity, he was one of the jolliest bell ringer volunteers for the Salvation Army at Christmas. He lived every day to the fullest. His electric personality and carefree outlook rubbed off on others. Those who knew Tom will always carry a bit of him with them. He was loved and will be deeply missed.

After services earlier in the day at the Chattanooga National Cemetery, there will be Celebration of Tom's life from 5 to 7pm on Wednesday, 7/12/2017, at 2 on the Roof, 313 Manufacturers Road, Suite 217, Chattanooga, TN.
