Velma Margaret (Prusia) Todd, 94, of Collegedale, passed away peacefully Wednesday, July 19, 2023 to await the return of Jesus. She loved to be outdoors in her garden and she was a member of Ooltewah Seventh-day Adventist Church. She was predeceased by her brother, Maurice Prusia; sons, Norman Rairden, Jr. and Glen Rairden and daughter, Debbie Rairden. Survivors include her sons, Jack (Shannon) Rairden, Ken Rairden; daughter, Wanda Holmes with many grandchildren. The family wishes to thank her many dear friends and Hospice of Chattanooga.
