Wanda Sue Thompson Ledford, 57, of Chattanooga passed away Wednesday June 18th after a long battle with cancer. Wanda was very passionate for Jesus Christ, Playing Bingo, and Elvis. Wanda was predeceased by her parents, Emzie Lavoyd and Evelyn Martin Thompson; brother, Wayne Thompson, and grandson Dakota Ledford. Survivors include her sons, Toby (Anna) Ledford and Chris Ledford; sisters, Brenda Steele and Mickey Thompson, all of Chattanooga; 5 grandchildren two great-grandchildren and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be in Valley Memorial Baptist Church Tuesday from 11 to 3. The Rev. Horace Crawford will conduct the service at 3 in the church. Interment will be in Tyner Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions to assist with the cost of the funeral may be made to Valley Memorial Baptist Church, 614 Browns Ferry Road, Chattanooga, TN 37419.
