William Stephen Partlow, 60, passed away unexpectedly from a massive heart attack Monday October 21st, 2019.

Steve was predeceased by his parents, Sue Ellen Burnett Wagner & Darryl Wayne Partlow; brother, Wayne Partlow; step-brother, Stanley M. Wagner, Jr.; uncles, Larry C. Partlow & Neil A. Partlow; grandparents; Esther Brooks Burnett Holley, Bertie Galbreth Thorne, and Leslie C. Partlow.

Survivors include his sisters; Cindy Sue Partlow Hanson & Lindy Lou Partlow Stolpmann; aunt, Nancy Burnett Stanz; nieces & nephews, Michele N. Stolpmann, Alex C. Hanson, Cody N. Hanson & Juli E. Stolpmann; step-parents, Stanley M. Wagner Sr. & Patti R. Wagner & lots of great friends.

Steve graduated from East Ridge High School in 1977 with honors. He played football and basketball. Steve played pool in a league at CBC. He was a loving brother and was always there. Steve was always happy and humorous like his mother and will be missed dearly by his family and his great friends. Steve would want to be remembered with the happy times.

A celebration of life will be held on December 1st, 2019 at CBC (Chattanooga Billiard Club) at 1 p.m. 110 Jordan Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
