William Slater Rule Sr., age 86, of Harrison, Tennessee, passed away Monday, July 8, 2024. He is survived by his wife, Ethel Rule; son, William (Ruthie) Rule, Jr.; daughters, Alexandra and Elizabeth Rule; grandson, James Rule; sister, Martha (Ronnie) Sellers and extended family. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
