Carolyn Shetter Obituary

Carolyn Lee Adair Shetter, 77, of Apison, passed away Friday, June 26, 2020.

She was a 1961 graduate of Chattanooga City High School. She retired from Regions bank after 30 years of service and was of the Christian Faith. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was predeceased by her father, James Adair.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, John Shetter, Sr.; mother, Gwendolyn Glenn; sons, Johnny (Kellie) Shetter, Jr., Stephen (Paula) Shetter; grandchildren, Meredith (Andrew) Haynes, Alexis Shetter and Bailey Shetter, two great-granddaughters, Chloe & Zoey Brooking; brothers, Robert Glenn, Tommy Glenn and sisters, Debbie Baldwin and Wanda Brown.

The family will have a private interment at Chattanooga National Cemetery on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 11a.m. conducted by the Reverend Royce J. Powell.
