Joseph Anthony Vyskocil AKA: Joey, 60, of Pikeville, Tennessee passed away Monday, February 19, 2024, at his home in Pikeville, Tennessee.
Joseph was born August 1, 1963, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Joseph and Nancy Vyskocil . Joey loved fishing and barrel racing. In Florida as a teenager Joey won numerous trophies and saddles for 1st place wins on his horse Damien. When Joey was 18, he exercised Thoroughbreds for trainers Billy Turner and Harry Benson. As a young adult Joey loved deep sea fishing, which was his greatest passion. Joey caught numerous Sailfish, White Marlin, Blue Marlin, Grouper and Dolphin (Maui Maui). While living on the West Coast of Florida Joey caught numerous Tarpon, Snook, and Red Drum. Joey also loved his dogs, Titus, Peyton and Scooby.
He is preceded in death by his Father, Joseph Anthony Vyskocil, Grandparents, Ansano Folena and Florence Folena and his Nephew, Mikie Johnson.
He is survived by his Mother, Nancy Folena Vyskocil, two siblings, Kimberly Ann Chapman, Selena Kindelspire, brother-in-law Robert Chapman, Nephew Scott Ansano Smith, Nieces, Jennifer Lynn Smith, Melissa Johnson, Michelle Johnson, Aunt Debbie Lindstrom, Uncle Ross Lindstrom, Cousins, Jon Sjostrom and Justin Lindstrom.
