Pamelia “Pam” Jean Brewer passed from this earth on November 5th, 2019. Born on January 20th, 1933 in Rome, GA she was adopted by Jack and Nell Moore in March 1935 from Guild TN. After graduating from the St Thomas School of Nursing she worked in Nashville and Jacksonville until 1956 when she joined the U.S. Navy Nurse Corp. Pam continued her education by gaining her B.S.N. degree and worked until she retired in 1998. Ever restless at the age 80 she returned to work for another 3 years. She was an avid baker, loved watching college football and basketball and was a lifetime member of the Church of Christ and worshiped at the Rossville Church of Christ
In addition to her parents Pam was preceded in death by husband, Paul; sister, Elenora and son, David. Survivors include her are son, Jeff (Sarah) Buchanan; daughter, Paula (Mike) Silverman; daughter-in-law, Kim Brewer; daughter, Shari (Gary) Pilgrim; granddaughter, Erin; “family-adopted” son, Tim Watts; brother, Mike (Margret) Moore; nephews and nieces, Michelle Moore, Melissa Coffelt, Clifford Moore and Doris Clark.
The Memorial Service will be held at the Rossville Church of Christ at 1100 McFarland Avenue Rossville, GA 30741 on Saturday, November 9 at 1pm. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Harvest House to feed the hungry, or a charity of your choice.
