Vickie Elizabeth Newton

On Friday July 21st, 2023 our precious Lord and Savior called home our beautiful sister, mother, grandmother and aunt, Vickie Newton after her brief battle with cancer.

Vickie was born to Oren and Juanita (Little) Wood on March 9th, 1953. Vickie leaves in her legacy a daughter, Angie (Tom) Turner; her wonderful and amazing son, David (Mandi) Newton, her precious princess granddaughter, Taylor-Macy (Brandon) Miller; her miracle step-grandson, Justin (Stephanie) Rodecap; her pride and joy grandson, Logan Newton and her sweet great- grandchildren, Anakin Reagan, Archer Gonzalaz, Dominic Miller, and step-grandchildren, Chase and Naomi Rodecap. She also leaves behind her two best friends and sisters, Peggy (Carl) Lindsay and Shelia (Rick) Wayman. There are also many other relatives, nieces, nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Larry Wood, Bob Wood, Jeff Wood and sister, Linda Sue Batt.

Vickie holds a special place in her heart for her family and wants each of you to know she will always be with you in your heart and memories.

She leaves you with her favorite Bible verse, Numbers 6-26 " the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace."
