Devera & Bill: So sorry to hear of Joetta's death. I have not seen her in years (at the shower we gave for Eleanor) and Gilbert has not seen her in years. However, Dorothy Ann kept us posted about her health. She was a very sweet and fun person to be around. We had a meeting we had to go to on Wednesday and were not able to attend the funeral. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers in the coming days. Love, Alice Marie & Gilbert

Although I only had a brief face to face time with Joetta, I was struck with her sweet graciousness and beauty. She and Bill have an apparent devotion to one another along with Devera, the daughter over whom anyone would take the greatest joy. This family is truly dedicated to one another and their many well-loved friends who treasure precious memories of their time with Joetta. This is the true love of God.

I am a blessed person for knowing Joetta. She exemplified what a true woman of God is in living her everyday life. She lived her life loving those around her and always had her family and friends close in her heart. Even in her illness she carried herself with grace and love for those around her. I will truly miss her and can find comfort in all of the wonderful memories I have of her. I love you Joetta.
