I want to offer my sincere condolences to the family. I am so very sorry for your loss. Our Heavenly father, Jehovah God, in His word the Bible, calls death an enemy (1Cor. 15:26). He promises in the very near future to do away with death(Rev. 21:4, 5). At that time tragedies and accidents will be a thing of the past, and no one will ever get sick (Isaiah 33:24), and there will be a reuniting, a bringing back to life instead of losing life (John 5:28,29). I hope these words can give you some comfort and hope (2 Cor. 1:3, 4). Once again I am so sorry for your loss. For more comfort from God’s Word, please visit http://www.jw.org

I started working at Northrup King, when they moved to Chattanooga, from Minnesota. In 1984. Randy also worked there, that is where i met him. Funny story for you all. They threw us a big get- together at the Upper deck, free prime rib dinners, wine etc. It was all new employees and some top employees from Minnesota were there. I went with my then boyfriend David. Few people were dancing, Randy came up to my boyfriend and asked him if he could dance with me. David said sure "she can take care of herself" so we danced about 1/2 song, he was telling me about a girlfriend of his, and must of not been getting along, telling me a few things, i said I am not dancing with you anymore. Went to the ladies room, big place, littje lobby before actual bathroom, and Randy followed me in there...Oh my, those little ole women from Minnesota was tripping. "Oh my goodness, there is a man in the ladies room, wow is this how it is in the South, we need to move here" i remember that so well. Was so funny......Have not seen him since he left that job, i worked there til 2006. 21 years. That is just one of those crazy things you remember and about someone special...So sorry to hear that he has passed. I lost my sister this past March, battled breast cancer for over 4 years..she was only 50. It is so awful to see them suffer, my mom was pitiful, but you do know they are somewhere so special now....and we will see them one day...and miss them everyday til we do....Sorry to be so long winded, just felt like sharing that story with people who loved him....he was a nice, funny, crazy guy. So soory for your loss.

I'm sorry that you had to leave us so soon. I was really getting to love having you around again and was looking forward to us doing things around Chattanooga and the local area. I'm sorry that you will miss the Tennessee college football game that you really looked forward to. But mostly we're going to miss having one less brother around and that hurts most of all. You're in a better place now, no more cancer to have to deal with, no more pain. You're greatly missed already, but we'll see you again in heaven. You're in our hearts forever,,,
