OUR STAFF
Meet Our Caring Staff
A family-run funeral service provider — steady, local, and accountable
When you call Covenant, you’re talking to a real family — not a corporation, not a call center, and not a rotating cast of employees.
We’ve been serving this community across multiple generations, through different names and eras, long before funeral service became an industry full of mergers and marketing slogans.
We don’t lead with titles or hierarchy.
We lead with accountability, clarity, and the simple belief that families deserve honesty and steady guidance.
A Family at the Center of the Work
Covenant isn’t a brand — it’s a family business.
The people who answer the phone, meet with families, and handle the details are the same people who carry the responsibility of the work every day.
There’s no corporate ladder, no “regional manager,” no strangers stepping in at the last minute.

Just a family that shows up, does the work, and stands behind it.
A Team Built for Clarity and Care
We keep our team intentionally small. It means families always know who they’re talking to, and they’re never passed around.
Funeral Directors & Care Team
The people who guide families through decisions without pressure or sales tactics.
They focus on clarity, calm, and making sure every step is understandable.
Crematory Professionals
The team responsible for our on‑site crematory — the reason your loved one never leaves our care.
They handle every step with precision, transparency, and accountability.
Administrative & Family Support
The quiet backbone of the operation.
They keep communication clear, paperwork accurate, and families supported long after the service is over.
What Makes Our Staff Different
Most funeral homes talk about “compassionate care” and “professional service.”
We don’t need to say that.
Here’s what actually sets us apart:
- We’re accountable.
You’re talking to the people who actually do the work.
- We’re consistent.
No hand‑offs. No strangers. No corporate turnover.
- We’re transparent.
No hidden fees. No vague answers. No pressure.
- We’re human.
Real conversations. Real clarity. Real support.
- We’re on‑site.
We operate our own crematory, and our team handles everything directly.
